They used good products and my hair grows a lot. Their oil do the magic for me I would recommend using them any time. They are Friendly clean and professional.

I’ve come here twice now. My 4 stars is more like 3.75.
Stylists I’ve interacted with so far are nice, good vibes in the shop. Wasn’t a fan of my first experience (non braid service).
However, I do not recommend getting knotless braids if you have short hair- especially for the price.
I got my hair braided by Patricia and 2 weeks later I lost 2 braids in the back. The following week of my baby shower I lost another 2 in the back. I let Patricia know, and I appreciate that she offered to redo them, but I did not have time/energy with my baby shower a couple days away and the prep I needed to do. I had to face that I just have to continuously gather all my braids into a ponytail to prevent embarrassment . Just had a 5th braid come out- I’m frustrated and ready to take them out at this point which is why I decided to make this review. I’ve never had braids come out this fast.
I just think if your hair is short , getting knotless braids is not a good idea. I can’t speak to if my hair was longer if it would’ve stayed / how she installs them. Yeah she said she can do it (I had never had knotless before) , I asked her if she was sure due to how short my hair was , she said yes.
The braids also took a longer time than I anticipated.

I am not usually the one who does reviews but these two ladies are the Hair Queens period! these two are very knowledgeable and I have never been disappointed when I leave my hair appointment and I always get a compliment which says it all!!!

Frantzcia is an excellent hair stylist. She does my hair regularly and because of the relationship we’ve built, she did the hair for all of my bridal party for my wedding on 12/32/22! It was fantastic and everyone loved their look - even with all different styles and hair textures, Frantzcia made each of us feel beautiful.

I had an AMAZING experience at Bel Image Hair Salon!!! Frantzcia is my stylist and she is truly talented! If you are looking for stylists who are passionate about hair care and will have you leaving the salon feeling like a model then Bel Image is the place to be!!!
